We understand that receiving a letter or invoice from RMA may raise questions or concerns. Regional Medical Associates (RMA) is a billing agency responsible for processing health claims to the Ministry of Health and other insurance companies on behalf of its member physicians.

You may have received a letter from RMA if:
– We did not have your correct health card information at the time of submission of a physician’s claim

– You received medical services from a healthcare provider who utilizes RMA services for billing purposes and you do not have OHIP coverage

For patients who have insurance coverage, RMA will get in touch with your insurance provider to request payment for medical services that are not covered by OHIP. If the request for payment from your insurance provider has been rejected or partially paid, you will be responsible for the remaining amount owed.

Payments can be made by mail or over the phone. We accept payments by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or cheque.

For payment by Credit Card, you have the following options:
1) Complete this form and mail it to RMA.
2) Complete this form and fax to RMA at (905) 529-7998
3) Phone RMA at (905) 525-9140 Ext. 21519 to provide your credit card information.
